Strategy Flow 

4 steps approach:

  1. Screening: Minimum information to evaluate the potential and feasibility of the opportunity (yes or no)

  2. Deal Structure: Signature of NDA to access data room and identify the best financial partner to pursue the opportunity.

  3. Mandate: Submission of documents with economic proposal, including a retainer fee and success fee structure.

  4. Start Project: Shared evaluation of the opportunity's feasibility with my partner. LOI term sheet is negotiated directly with the financial partner.
